Chon-Kemin | First immersion into the winter fairy tale

🛣 At 10:00 we depart from Bishkek and head into the winter wonderland of the Chon-Kemin Gorge. The drive takes about three hours; with every kilometer the city fades behind, and the snow-capped peaks of the Tien Shan rise ahead. Upon arrival, we settle into the modern Alakush ethno-complex. Cozy yurts or guest houses, a delicious lunch, and a warm introduction to the group await.

🏇 Then comes the highlight — a horseback ride through the scenic nature reserve. Accompanied by experienced guides, you’ll venture into magical winter landscapes with breathtaking views. The silence of the mountains, the crisp air, and the magnificent scenery help you disconnect from daily life and tune into your inner harmony.
In the evening, the introductory session of the “Impulse – Design Your Life” training takes place. You’ll get acquainted with the program, set intentions, and begin your journey of self-discovery.

🧖‍♂️ The day ends with a traditional wood-fired sauna. Heated “black-style,” the steam is thick and fragrant with mountain herbs. A birch or oak venik massages the warmed body, opening the pores. Contrast rituals follow: running barefoot into the snow or plunging into cold water after the hot steam. Goosebumps, a racing heartbeat, and an incredible surge of life and energy. Then — relaxation in a warm lounge with herbal tea. Your body melts into the moment, your mind is clear, and you’re ready for deep sleep.

Breaking limiting beliefs | Unlocking potential

🧘🏻 After a delicious breakfast, the first training session begins. Guided by experienced coaches, you explore your true desires and values. Mindfulness practices, meditation, and group exercises help you open new dimensions of yourself. Then comes lunch — enjoy national cuisine in a cozy setting.

🐎 After lunch — the second horseback ride. Today’s route is different: shorter, yet incredibly picturesque. The horses are already familiar, and you feel more confident in the saddle. The trail leads to a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the entire Chon-Kemin Valley. A moment of contemplation: you stand on the edge, the snowy valley stretches below, mountain ridges rise on both sides, and ahead — infinity. The wind whistles, yet your soul is completely calm. It’s a moment when you understand your place in the vast world.

🧘🏻‍♂️ In the afternoon the inner work continues: overcoming barriers that have held you back for years, unlocking your potential, creating a clear action plan. Coaches help you set goals not abstractly, but concretely — with dates and steps.

🌙 The evening brings informal conversations, free time, and rest. The exchange of experiences with other participants is often more valuable than the training itself — new partnerships, deals, and projects are born here.

Practical tools | Integrating the experience

🍳 The morning begins with an energizing breakfast and a light warm-up. Outdoor yoga — crisp mountain air wakes you up, and the rising sun paints the snowy peaks in rose-gold hues. Practicing asanas in this scenery feels different — you become part of the majestic world around you.

🧭 The morning training session deepens your understanding with new practical knowledge. After lunch comes the hands-on part: effective time-management tools (how to truly manage time, not just plan it), planning techniques (breaking big goals into actionable steps), motivation tools (how not to quit halfway). Trainers share proven tips from their own experience and give you materials to take home.

🐎 Then comes the third horseback ride — the final one of this journey. The trail is more challenging, with climbs and descents, but the horses walk confidently along the familiar path. You already feel like a true rider, trusting your horse and sensing its movements. A photoshoot against the stunning scenery and your last moments alone with the mountains.

🧖‍♂️ The evening ends with another traditional sauna — a familiar ritual, yet just as delightful. The hot steam washes away the fatigue of the past days, contrast therapy invigorates, and afterward comes deep relaxation. Sitting with herbal tea, you feel how your body thanks you, and your soul is filled with calm clarity.

🌙 Dinner is served at a large table — everyone shares impressions from the rides and insights from the training. Laughter, stories, plans for the future. Snow falls softly outside; inside, it’s warm and cozy.

Summing up | Festive finale

🧘🏻 After breakfast, the final training session takes place. Reflections on the journey — it’s astonishing how much has changed in just four days. The acquired knowledge and skills are reinforced through practical exercises. Coaches help everyone form a clear action plan for the near future so you can continue your progress once you return home.

📸 Farewell to a place that has become special. Photos against snowy mountains, exchanging contacts, promises to meet again. After lunch — the road back to Bishkek. The landscapes pass by once more, but now you see the world differently — with clarity and understanding of your path.

🌆 By evening you arrive in the capital. Check-in at a comfortable central hotel — modern rooms, soft beds, a hot shower, and city comforts after days in the mountains.

🌙 The highlight of the evening — a festive dinner with Eastern flair at an atmospheric restaurant. Felt carpets on the walls, traditional patterns, live national music. The tables are lavishly set: tender lamb pilaf, meat and fish dishes with aromatic vegetables, juicy samsa, assorted salads, fresh tandoor bread. Honey, hot green tea, local sweets. Each participant shares their key discoveries and future plans. The atmosphere is warm and emotional — in just four days the group has become a family. Toasts, gratitude, sincere hugs. The evening flows into night unnoticed, but the fatigue is pleasant.

🏨 A night at the hotel. A soft bed, the quiet city outside, and memories of the days lived. Sleep comes deep and peaceful.
